We are Federally Licensed Firearm dealers located in the state of Iowa.  We will only sell rifles, pistols, ammunition and any other item where they are legal to sell, all appropriate paperwork must be completed for the sale of each weapon.  We make no claims that every product we sell will be right for you.  We only represent that the products we sell have worked well for us in the past. If you do receive a defective product we will make every effort to correct the problem.  We sell weapons systems, they are dangerous if not used properly. Before shooting make sure you know how to safely use the system you're purchasing.   We assume no liability for the improper use of these systems.

By purchasing from Peacekeeper Defense you certify that you are at least 21 years of age.  You certify that you are not a convicted felon and you haven't been imprisoned for a term exceeding one year. you have never been adjudicated mentally defective and or committed to a mental institution. You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces and have never renounced your US citizenship.

We do not sell our products to residents of California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Connecticut,  Washington DC, Alaska, Illinois, South Bend, IN. or where they are not legal.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Any sales to Iowa residents must include 7% sales tax.

Buyers are ultimately responsible to know the weapons laws of their local community.   By using our website you agree that  the items you are ordering are legal to purchase and own where you live, and any firearms are for your own use and you are purchasing them for yourself.  Make sure you qualify for delivery of a weapon before you order.  Returns are accepted but will incur a 15% or $50.00 restocking fee. Returns from dealers for an inability to deliver a weapon will incur a 15% or $50.00 restocking fee.  Weapons, and magazines sold as new that have been fired or used will not be accepted for return. Ammunition is not returnable.
